Vtg 1990s Schwinn SS-1 XS Pro BMX Kandy Lime Frame Set, Mid School, 21 Top Tube. Part of a collection sell off. Im an old bmx'r so im not super knowledgeable on mid school on up but i came across this and kept it because of the color mainly. The frame and fork, seat clamp and headset appear to be stock to one of these models. If im wrong please let me know. The cap on the headset looks to be Gt? The frame is solid, no breaks or cracks that I can see anywhere. Has ware throughout from riding but not beat to death.

Typical scrapes/scratches, a couple miniscule tings, so small i cant even get the camera to capture, imagine a BB that barely touched it but enough to leave a mark in the right light, thats the best way to describe. The schwinn front badge is starting to lift on one side a tad. Theres a few decals still on it, the rest were gone when i got it. I have no idea if the seatpost is original but thats the one that was on it when I aquired the bike and included.

The chrome on the forks is getting speckling in it, also has patina in the tight spots, scrapes/Scratches, about average chrome ware for the age, not pristine by anymeans. Very cool schwinn bike, even though the 1990s were way past my time in bmx, i still have to tip my hat to the color and quality of this bike.
