It is in parts and will require restoration. Many of the parts have surface rust. Most of the main parts like frame, fenders, motor, speedometer, tank, chain guard, etc, are solid. It is missing the handle bars, and likely missing some other parts.

You get everything you see in the pictures. The serial number on the frame is B15888. The motor has H-67314, and 2204 W2 printed on it.
