Vintage Schwinn Voyageur 11.8 Frame Set 21 in 58 cm Touring Lugged Voyager 1970s. Vintage Schwinn Voyageur 11.8 touring frameset in a medium to large size. I think Schwinn calls this a 23. Braze ons for rear racks. Chrome socks have light rust and could clean up.
