I was just told by someone who seems knowledgeable that this is a. 2 speed kick back yellow band rear hub?? Rear Chain is broken & Tires are are holding air! I filled them up a few weeks ago and they are holding air and they look to be in pretty good shape! Used a little elbow grease and shined the fenders up a bit!!
