Vintage Schwinn Super Le Tour Frame 54cm Steel Xtra Lite 700c 126mm Touring. Vintage Schwinn Super Le Tour touring frameset for men, consisting of a steel road/touring bike frame and matching fork in metallic green. Approx 54cm seat tube center to top, 57cm top tube center to center. Fits some 700c x 126mm wheel, Side Pull brake.

Frame uses Schwinn X-tra Lite Certified 1020 steel tubing with lugged construction, brazed-on fittings, and forged rear dropouts with rack and fender eyelets. Graphics include SCHWINN block lettering on the down tube, Super Le Tour model script on the top tube, a Schwinn head badge on the head tube, and Schwinn X-tra Lite and Certified 1020 Tubing decals on the seat tube. Fork features a chrome-plated crown and dropout tips with fender eyelets, and the rear dropout carries stamping "S8205022" for model or production identification. Weight: 9 lb 9 oz.

Any headset and bottom bracket parts pictured are included, have not been inspected, may need service. All parts pictured are included. Used Schwinn Super Le Tour steel touring frame and fork with significant cosmetic wear from prior use and age. Green paint shows numerous chips, scratches, and worn areas across the tubes with exposed metal and surface rust, especially on the top tube, stays, and around the seat cluster.

Rear dropouts, chainstays, and fork blades have paint loss and rust patches, and the fork crown and chrome tips show pitting and corrosion. Decals and logos are faded or partially missing in several spots. Headset and bottom bracket assemblies are present but unserviced and may need cleaning, lubrication, or replacement before use. Seatpost binder bolt and all other small hardware, wheels, and drivetrain components are not included.
