This is a Vintage Schwinn Panther III Bicycle. I believe it is a 1961.

It is in good condition for the age, and rides well. The brakes work well also. The tires were low on air, but seem to be holding for now.

There are some scratches, dents and chips (most are visible in the photos). It can be used as it sits, could have some minor improvements, or it would also be a perfect candidate for full restoration. Please enlarge and examine photos closely for additional details.
