Vintage Schwinn Lemon Peeler Stingray Bicycle 5 speed my bike from the 1970s
Original Chicago Schwinn Lemon Peeler. My bike from the 70s... Well loved and well used. It was a good friend in adventure and faithful transport to school and the skateboard park.
Stored in garage since childhood. I'm not sure of the specific year model, but online serial number lookup tool seems to indicate 1970. Frame serial number GF 15 60 and crank frame stamp C9 70 (see photos). No parts replaced by me.
Seat vinyl greatly split from age, and derailleur missing a jockey-wheel and half of the cage (see photos)... Dont really want to see it go, but hopefully someone can restore this wonderful bike for a second life of fun in some kids world.
