Color is white or off white depending on lighting. Could use some cleaning, likely cleans up better than shown in the pictures.

True Temper lugged steel tubing. I think Schwinn calls this a 23. Bike had 700c wheels when I received it. Any headset and bottom bracket parts pictured are included, have not been inspected, may need service. All parts pictured are included.
