VINTAGE SCHWINN LE TOUR BICYCLE. This Schwinn Le Tour is a 10 speed 27 touring bike. Until a recent move to another state I had a collection of high end vintage bikes. This was the one I rode although I had other more exotic bikes. I have never had any problems with this bike. I believe that I was the second owner of the bike. Some corrosion or rust on chain, petals and gears. The chain needs a good oiling. It is a good solid vintage bike that has been ridden, but not in the last several years. I did not wash or wax the bike before listing it.

I did dust it some. It has always been stored indoors. Please review the photos carefully, they should enlarge significantly.

The Le Tour has a lightweight, butted top and bottom fully lugged 4130 Chrome-Moly frame, aluminum alloy cranks, center pull alloy caliper brakes, 27x1 1/4 inch tires and quick release hubs. The previous owner mounted a tire pump on the frame that shows in some of the photos. I left the pump off in other photos so that the frame would show better.

I have not had any problems with the tires. After acquiring this bike we moved to another state and a smaller home.
