Vintage Schwinn Cruiser Frame : Frame is 26 Vintage Classic Schwinn Cantilever Middleweight Steel Cruiser Frame or Ladies Middleweight frame from various dates. Built in the USA from 1950s to 1980s and will out last any of the Chinese built Junk Schwinns Built today.

Your Selection will give Color and a date estimate from serial number referencing. Frame is Full size adult frames and 26 refers to the tire size used. Most of these Frames are Deluxe Frames with a Hand Brake Bridge, Check Photos to Confirm Brake Bridge.

Frame is Used, shows wear, can have rust, & possible small dents, May have Original Paint, Patina Finish, Fading, Paint, Decal, & Finish loss. Patina Finish shows age and is resealed. The 1958 Hornet has Great Patina but has Freeze Breaks "aka cracks" you could repair it or used with caution, NO Extreme Use. Flat Black Deibo is Sand Blasted and painted flat black for a nice clean look. "OS" Over spray is rattle canned over the paint.

Middleweight Schwinn Frames can accommodate 26" x 2.125" wheels & balloon tires without using fenders. The use of fenders with a middleweight frame may require smaller tires.

Rear spacing on Old Schwinn frames is around 112mm to 114mm wide, accommodating most Coaster Brake, 3 speed Sturmey Archer, & Bendix 2 speed kick back hubs. This Schwinn Frame may of been a: Jaguar, Panther, Typhoon, Tiger, Speedster, Hollywood, Starlet, etc.... Frame Comes as your Selection Shows with Details in the selection Menu.

Vintage Schwinn Middleweight Build Kit, Used, Cleaned, & Recycled Vintage Schwinn Parts, Includes: 6 1/2 Crank, 46 tooth 4 hole Sprocket, 28tpi Bottom Bracket, Seatpost Clamp, Seat Post, MW Kickstand, with New Pedals & New Chain.

Vintage Schwinn Cranks have dates on them, So the build Kit will have the crank date for reference and cataloging. Once installed you cannot see the date code, so you can really use any of these kits on any middleweight you want.

If you think your Loose Sleep at night worrying about what you can't see you better use the right date crank, LOL. The Schwinn Build Kit Kickstands may not be Compatible with the Ladies Ballooner Frames. The New Build Kit comes with New Parts: Crank, 46 tooth 4 Hole Chainring, 24tpi Bottom Bracket, Pedals, & Chain.

Kit Comes as your Selection Shows with Date Details in the selection Menu. New Tube Fork & Headset from LuxLow : Schwinn Cut Fork tube Fork Comes in Chrome or Black. New Tubular Fork & Headset for use with Post War Schwinn Frames. The Fork is Quality Chrome Steel, has 1 1/8" tubular Fork Blades, accepts a 100mm wide front hub, takes a 7/8" or 22.22mm Diameter quill stem, and has enough clearance for Fat 26" x 2.125" Cruiser Tires. The axle center to bottom of the fork crown is approximately 14" or 356mm and the axle center to the brake pivot hole is approximately 14 1/2" or 368mm. In rare cases some old bikes may of seen too much excessive use and the head tube is stretched, making the cups a loose fit, in that event a shim may be needed for a tight fit. This is our Convenient Direct Install Fork for Vintage Chicago Built Schwinn Frames with a 5 1/2 head tube and was measured & cut to our supplied headset stack height. HandleBars, Stem, & Grips : A Cruiser Cock Pit, About 29 wide Steer-horn Cruiser Bars with a 22.2mm center, Old School BMX 4 bolt Stem for use with 22.2mm bars and to insert into 22.2mm fork tubes, & Reproduction Oval Comfort Grips.
