VINTAGE SCHWINN BIKE Phantom Panther Hornet B6 DX PAINTED S2 SPRINGER LOCK & KEY

  

This is a used 1953 Schwinn with a locking springer. The key has broke off inside but comes out easy. I never got around to getting a new key and figured its a safe place. The bike has painted rims 2 coats someone sprayed them gray.

I did clean up the rear a little bit. The fenders have lots of pitting and I think the rear might be a after market. The tires are Westwind and are in good condition and work great! The ride is super smooth thanks to the springer front end.
