This is as VINTAGE AND ALL ORIGINAL TRAINS, AIRPLANES AND RACE CAR BADGE BIKE... For being 70 years old...... And is in SCHWINN PHANTOM AREA......

I think it is in EXCELLENT USED CONDITION. Higher neck and the handle bars towards upwards.

You can lower your goose neck down................. And even you handlebars and make it a straight like so many others............. The bike has never been repainted..............
