Original Schwinn Frame that I'm pretty sure is 1939, Rare year to come by, Serial # is B39233 if that helps, Frame looks straight and solid with no dents, dings or other damage and no signs of previous repairs. Looks like the original blue / cream color paint was oversprayed long ago with lighter blue paint then buffed out back to mostly original paint now. Center of crank to top of seat tube measures 16.5", Rear of head tube to front of seat tube measures 20.75".
