My father bought this bike for me in 1980 when I was 12 at Rudy's Bike Shop in Chicago. The bike shop is still running today and so is this Sting Competition. BMX to have then and a collector's to have now. Original bars, fork set up goose-neck, sprockets, calipers, seat, spoked alloy blue rims, chain, blue pads. Original Schwinn Chicago factory stamp/serial number.

This bike has been cruising Chicago neighborhoods for 2 generations. Great collector's piece of Chicago manufactured BMX history..
