Vintage Men's Western Flyer Single Speed Balloon Tire Bicycle. Believed to be late 40' to early 50 bicycle. This bicycle has great patina and rust but ready to restore or ride.

A complete cleaning and fresh grease would help this bicycle. Skip tooth chain with chain tension bolts in frame. Original curved rear drop outs with curved fender braces gives it a nice look. Original drop center rims that display some rust as well as the spokes. I do not think the rear rack is original but is included in the sale.

Extra wide 28 handlebars with old fashion bell. Handlebars exhibit some patina as well. Looks to be original pedals. 12" long x 10" wide period correct seat that has some wear and one spring loose from pan.

26 x 2.10 Lightning White wall tires that are thin but hold air. Smaller diameter straight bar seat post. 1952 Akron Ohio license plate that is rough condition attached to rear fender (see picture).

Bike is rusty with a lot of patina but can ride as is or restore. Frame and bike is solid. Frame measure's 19 from center of crank to top of frame where seat post goes in. Top bar is 30 from ground to top.

Measure's 36 from ground to top of seat as pictured. 44 1/2 measured between axles.
