Complete kit plus extras very good compression and hot spark. Controls move freely and cables and belts are like new. Has the upgraded chrome echo pipe exhaust and chrome belt guard. A very extensive collection of Whizzer books and manuals are included. Engine looks to have been rebuilt but have not had it apart.

I bought this on a restored schwinn balloon tire bike that had been in storage and the tank had gas in it. I cleaned the tank and petcock and it is spotless inside but never cleaned the carb so it will need to be cleaned. I put this bike up on the stand gave it a spray of starting fluid and opened the compression lever peddled the engine over and closed the compression lever and it fired up immediately and idled for a few seconds.

The rear gas tank mounting tab came loose and will need to be repaired.
