Wheels are pretty straight, could use a little truing. Schwinn Stingray Seat is dry/cracked & discolored. The Fenders have a few dents in them along with some rust.

Rims have some rough rust spots. All the bearings should be serviced. Chain guard is faded, the paint has a decent amount of scratches on the frame.
