Vintage 1971 Schwinn Stingray Deluxe Sky Blue

  

This is a March 1971 Schwinn Sting-Ray Deluxe in Sky Blue bought from Quigley's Bikes. From what I can tell it's all original except for a newer front wheel/tire and a Schwinn Tractor Grip rear tire. It has the 1971 only pedals, original Q bolts on the seat etc. I'm not an expert so check the photos & make your own evaluations. Please look at the photos carefully.

The paint is rough but to me it still has cool look to it. I did some cleaning and polishing on the fenders and handlebars with Quick-Glo. There's more that can be done for sure but I haven't done anything else to it. The seat has the reflector tab as it should but there is no reflector. The tires hold air & it rides okay with a 195 lb rider.
