Vintage 1970 Schwinn Stingray Pea Picker, Krate Bicycle, Old 5 Speed Muscle Bike

  

HI, this is a vintage 1970 Schwinn Pea Picker 5 speed muscle bike, serial number JF43121, the bars, stem and crank all are dated 1970, I believe the rest of the bike is original paint and parts but i don't know how to check those parts for dates, heres what I know about the bike, the seat is cracked, the front brake cable is broken, the chain has some stiff links that may or may not loosen up with a good cleaning, I think the front tire is original and ok to ride on but the rear tire has a lot of large cracks in it, the rear tire may or may not be original??
