Vintage 1966 Schwinn Stingray, 2 Speed Frame White Smoothie Seat Original Paint

  
Here is a vintage Schwinn Stingray. I've had it a couple of years now and would like to pass it on to somebody that will appreciate this bicycle. This is from a local estate sale. Serial number is FB65459 so it dates to June of 1966. Lots of original early parts, however not everything seems to be original as I understand this started life as a two speed kickback because of the front fork, however the rear hub looks to be a period correct single speed.

The chain guard has also been replaced as it's off a Slik Chick. Original paint with the expected scuffs and marks. Tires look original and in OK condition but do have some sidewall cracks. Stingray Slik on back and "brick" tread front tire. Surface rust on much of the chrome.

Rideable condition although rear tube loses air. Could use a good clean and tune-up. I will pack handlebars detached from stem. I may need to remove the brake handle for packing.
