Vintage 1953 Schwinn Hornet Ladies Tank Light Rack Bike Middleweight Blue Troxel. Wheel Size: 26' x 1 3/4'. Brakes:New Departure Coaster Brake Hub. Wheels:26 Steel Factory Painted 26'' x 1 3/4'' With Schwinn WestWind Tires.

This is "Nancy" the 1953 Schwinn Hornet, A Nice example a mostly untouched vintage bicycle. Pedals and grips are not o riginal to the bike. The tires are in great condition besides a few cracks on the side, the front tire still has tire flash down the middle, both have plenty of tread. The horn in the tank was tested working with a power supply applied to the horn. The connectors may need to be clean to use a battery to power horn.

Light on front fender is untested. Rear rack has to small cracks near the rack braces. The bike seems to have some over spray/splatter of paint on it. The Troxel saddle has some damage to the sides.

The Stem on this bike is free, but the wedge is stuck in the frame!!!!!!!!! THAT A PROFESSIONAL BICYCLE MECHANIC COMPLETE THE ASSEMBLY OF THE BICYCLE.
