If I'm not mistaken the colour is Coach Green. It features period correct Montgomery Wards Riverside Mate tires. Tires are cracked and still holding up very well considering their age. The bike rides as it should. The crank will spin for about 1/2 a rotation and then will catch and propel the bike.
This is indicative that the bearings are worn and a new set of bearings with cages and re-greasing would be the best option. The button on the tank still pushes in nicely. The switch on the Delta Rocket Ray goes back & forth as it should. The light lens on the Rocket Ray is cracked. The Rocket Ray has 2 small spots showing rust on the underside of the lamp. A commonplace occurrence as any water or damp would set in and start to weaken the thin metal.
The Schwinn Mesinger Saddle look very good for it's age with just 3 spots showing wear. Both fenders show very nice with the front fender being'lipped' from tight turns nearest the bottom of the frame.
No serious rust behind the chain guard or the underside of the fenders. One of the grips has worn through at the end while the other is just fine. The pedals show the most wear however replacements are readily available. The kickstand works as it should and goes in the up and down position nicely.
