This is a original Vintage Schwinn stingray krate rear S2 rim with the disc brake, it is the single knurled rim that was used in 1971 on the Cotton picker and Grey ghost it is also stamped Schwinn S2 twice. The caliper and hub are dated 72.

The S2 rim has awesome chrome! No rim burn , minor scuffs nicks only, this rim is nice enough to put on a restored krate.

It's not perfect but I don't think you could find a better used original. I have had this rim for about 20 years waiting to use it on a Grey ghost but things changed and I have decided to sell all the parts so check back for other parts.
