Schwinn Sierra Mountain Bike, 1980s Vintage Very Good

  

Very clean, low mileage Schwinn Sierra in Smokey Chrome finish (a nice coppery hue), with a 4130 chrome moly frame, SIS (indexing) Shimano "classic" thumb shifters, Shimano derailleurs, Sakae SX crankset, and Araya rims with new tires. The stem is a cool coppery finish. A fine example of a desirable 80s MTB before wheelbases were shortened and paint schemes became gaudy. The bike is all original except for upgraded handle grips and saddle. I replaced the off road tires with more road friendly tires with good grip.

I had it all tuned up a few years ago and haven't ridden it since. 100% functional, nothing wore out. A real nice trail and street bike. Always stored in climate controlled environment. Can deliver within 150 mile radius of Bismarck, ND.
