I disassemble everything, sandblast and paint or polish and clear coat. Every original nut, bolt, screw, bearing was cleaned to bare steel.
All bearings have fresh grease and roll smooth. All spokes were replaced with Sapim stainless steel spokes and the wheels trued, (as best as 70 to 80 year old rims can be). New tires, tubes, grips, paint, grease, leather on saddles, and some pedals, (other pedals may have new pedal blocks or originals, but were gone through as well). Few aftermarket parts were used in my builds, but I tried to keep it period correct for the most part. The title reads "boys" because that is what Schwinn called them. This is a full size bike with 26 wheels. The bicycle DOES have the tank mounted, as in the last few pictures. Also, some electronic components light, horn, etc. May or may not be in a working condition. Finally, do NOT stand the bicycle upside down without a support underneath the seat. The geometry will damage the cargo rack (if applicable). Please check back as I plan to post more for sale.
