PREWAR SCHWINN LINCOLN MENS DX SPRINGER FORK MENS CRUISER BICYCLE 1930s VINTAGE. Here is an original PREWAR VINTAGE 1938? Serial number is X20719, definitely a unique number men's Schwinn Lincoln "DX" beach cruiser bicycle with 26 wheels.

It is in the original and very appealing red and cream 2-tone colored factory paint. If you like UNIQUE original bikes, this may be a great bike for you.

With the insanely high price of gas (and the economy being bad) now is the time to ride a cool vintage bike! This bike has a cool mens cruiser style frame and forks with original paint and decals, original SPRINGER FORK with "AS" (Arnold Schwinn) bolts, (non locking) brass LINCOLN head badge, (Love car theme bikes) chrome accessory chainguard, cruiser style seat, wide cruiser handlebars, newer hand grips, (one end is open) full fenders, cool rear fender mounted reflector, Sweetheart sprocket and skiptooth chain, (could possibly use an extra link or 2) dogleg sprocket, "AS" pedals, and more! Check out the cool rear "prewar" dropouts! PREWAR mens Schwinn bikes in original paint are the best to collect! A great investment that will only go up in value! This bike has a great patina which people these days really love! The tires are 26x2.125. They are vintage tires and do hold air. (rear is a Good Year) The bike has painted and pinstriped rims front and rear with a Morrow hub. The bike is an original SINGLE SPEED with coaster brakes. (pedal slightly backwards to stop the bike) DIMENSIONS The stand over height is approx 30 3/4. The distance from the floor to the top of the seat post clamp is approx 28 3/4.

The distance from the center of the crank to the top of the seat post clamp is approx 17 3/4. The center of the handlebar stem to the center of the seat post is approx 22. The bike will accommodate most any rider comfortably. The seat height is easy to adjust.

NOTED FLAWS It is not 100% flawless but is ok for its age! The paint looks ok for a 70+ year old bike! (has chips etc but has survived better than many) The chrome is shiney but is not perfect show quality.

Both wheels have a slight wobble when you spin them. (most every used bike out there seems to). Rear tire rubs the fender slightly when riding.

This appears to be a fairly nice original unmolested bicycle unless otherwise noted. A great bike to ride on relaxing days through the park or to the beach. Also would be a nice item to display in a shop, restaurant, rec room, sports bar, etc. Stand out from the crowd and be the envy of people who see you riding by.
