NOS Vintage Schwinn Stingray / Cruiser / Tourist / Handlebar / Saddle Bike Bag. It is approximately 8" wide - about 5" tall - about 3" deep at the top and about 3" deep at the bottom. The Bag is made with black cloth with a vinyl back and has black trim.

The Bag has 2 cool buckles for closure and 2 buckle straps for attachment to the bike. The 2 attachment straps are 5/8" wide and approx 4" apart to attaches to seat rails, springs, Handlebars etc... Anyone clever can find other mounting options. I assume this bag from the 1970s possibly the 1980s when Stingray & Touring Bikes were super popular.
