Stand is a New Import Quality Steel Drop Stand that will support your bike in a fashionable up right and sturdy position.

The stand attaches to your rear axle, and has 2 positions Up and Down, the Down also has a lock feature to lock it in place. Drop stand measures approximately 14 1/2" from axle to the bottom of the stand and the base of the stand is approximately 10" wide. We like and use these stands for Our Prewar Schwinns, Antique Bicycles. And Custom Choppers when we want an Cool Unique Functional Kick Stand. This Drop Stand is modified for Prewar Schwinn without Drop Stand tabs and should work with other bikes with similar drop outs to Prewar Schwinn.

Stand is for a bike with a 26" wheel bike and a 3/8" or similar axle. The Drop stand attaches to the axle and to keep the stand in place it is important to align the tabs to keep it from spinning under pressure.

It's all about a secure mount to the axle and find that this works great on fender less bikes and can be challenging on bikes with fenders and multiple speed systems.
