The 21 is measured from crank center to top of seat lug. This frame has the original paint job. Built with Reynolds 531 double-butted tubing.

Outfitted with Cinelli chrome steel track stem and handlebars. Campagnolo cranks, bottom bracket, headset, hubs and seatpost.

Wheels: Fiamme Ergal yellow/gold label sew-up rims (very light, at 310 grams each), 36 DT Swiss 14/15 gauge stainless double-butted spokes, and older but still usable Gommitalia Champion tires.
