1976 Schwinn Paramount P-14 Track Bike in Silver Mist: The Bicycle is located in Virginia. I deleted the previous listing so that I could make an edit: The seat cluster has been pinched a bit tight, hence why the seat post is a currently a 27.0 and not a 27.2 as it originally would have come from the factory. I have owned this since about 2005. It has always had a 27.0 seat post and it was ridden for years with no issues.
If you wanted you could take it to a bike shop to have them gently expand the seat cluster to take it back to a 27.2 or do it yourself. 52cm seat tube, 54cm top tube. Reynolds 531 Frame and fork. Campagnolo Pista Cranks 165 w/ Campagnolo Dust Caps and generic bolts. Campagnolo 47t 1/8th pista chain ring. Sedis Sport Pista Chain (was NOS, so its EXCELLENT).Campagnolo Pista Pedals, Christophe Clips and Straps. Cinelli 2a Pista Stem w/ Milano logo and exposed nut (1st version) in 100 Length. Cinelli Pista Bars with Crests w/ Cloth Tape & French Black Rubber Bar End.
Campagnolo Super Record 27.0 Seat Post. Cinelli Black Leather Unicantor Saddle (lots of fading in black dye). Campagnolo Pista Hub Set: Front Hub has extra holes between the spoke holes as some Paramount's had. Campagnolo 16t Steel Track Cog.
Super Champion Competition Tubular rims w/ old and ratty tires that need to be replaced. I've had this for just about 22 years now. It was fun as hell to ride. I have a few too many bikes and I'm gearing up to move, so I gotta sell off some of the hoard. Frame has some chips and scratches, I mean it is 50 years old. Other than that its a fantastic machine. If I can find it, I will include the original 1976 Schwinn Catalog.
