1973 SCHWINN SUBURBAN LADIES 5-SPEED BIKE SIERRA BROWN VINTAGE BREEZE COLLEGIATE. Here is an original August 1973 VINTAGE (serial number is HJ) ladies SCHWINN SUBURBAN 5-speed road cruiser bicycle with 27 wheels. It is in the original and very appealing Campus Green colored factory paint with gold accents. (A unique tasteful color combo many people love) If you like unique vintage original bikes, this may be a great bike for you. With the insanely high price of gas (and the economy being bad) now is the time to ride a cool vintage bike!

This bike has a cool ladies cruiser style frame and forks with original paint and decals, original screen chainguard, Schwinn cruiser style seat, wide cruiser handlebars, Schwinn comfort hand grips, Schwinn factory color matched fenders Schwinn reflector bow pedals, Schwinn derailleur, and more! I believe this bike to be basically all original parts from when it was new! (see pics and be your own judge) These bikes look good and ride great! Check out the cool included accessory valve stem caps! This is a one owner bike in relatively respectable survivor type condition for its age!

(see pics and be your own judge). The tires are 27x1 1/4. They are vintage tires and do hold air. The bike has chrome Schwinn S6 rims front and rear. The bike is an original 5-SPEED and the gears do not operate. The hand controlled brakes are operable. Add up the value of the parts (fenders, bars, wheels, etc) There is more here than you think! DIMENSIONS The distance from the floor to the top of the seat post clamp is approx 30. The distance from the center of the crank to the top of the seat post clamp is approx 19. The center of the handlebar stem to the center of the seat post is approx 21. The bike will accomadate most any rider comfortably.

The seat height is easy to adjust. NOTED FLAWS I got this one just like you see it. I love the fact that this one still wear its original paint. (has chips scratches, etc) The chrome is shiny but is not perfect show quality. Both wheels have a slight wobble when you spin them.

This appears to be a fairly nice original unmolested bicycle unless otherwise noted. A great bike to ride on relaxing days through the park or to the beach. Also would be a nice item to display in a shop, restaurant, rec room, sports bar, etc. Stand out from the crowd and be the envy of people who see you riding by. People will enjoy seeing you on your vintage bike!
