This 1973 Schwinn Paramount is known for having one of the best ride quality frames ever made. It is the pinnacle of bike design in the early 70's. It features, Chrome tips and Campy dropouts, original paramount fork. And several of the original Record components like the brakes. But the shifting and Drivetrain were updated about 10 years ago with Campy Chorus 9-speed Ergo shifter/brake levers and a C-Record Aero crankset.

Nuevo Record Front Hub, headset, seat post and brake calipers. Mavic clincher rims w/ Conti Gatorskin tires, have very few miles. Note that since this bike was originally designed for 27 in instead of 700c there is a ton of room for bigger tires. 28's will fit with ease and probably bigger. This is very rare to find on a vintage road bike.

It would make a great commuter or even a gravel bike. It has the best of the vintage feel and modern upgrades and is a real joy to ride. Pictures are the actual bike you will get, not stock photos!
