1970 SCHWINN BREEZE LADIES BLACK VINTAGE ROAD CRUISER BIKE COLLEGIATE HOLLYWOOD. Here is an original August 1970 VINTAGE (serial number is HF) ladies SCHWINN BREEZE single speed road cruiser bicycle with 26 wheels. It is in the original and very appealing BLACK colored factory paint. This is such a cool color on these and you dont see if often!

If you like unique original bikes, this may be a great bike for you. With the insanely high price of gas (and the economy being bad) now is the time to ride a cool vintage bike!

This bike has a cool original design ladies frame and forks with original paint and decals, original screen chainguard, Schwinn cruiser style seat, wide cruiser handlebars, Schwinn hand grips, full factory color matched fenders, (some people like these much better than the more common chrome ones) Schwinn pedals, and more! These bikes are solid, well built bikes, made in Chicago! They are built to stand the test of time!

I believe this bike to be mostly all original parts from when it was new. CHECK OUT the cool "Wild One Island of Palms SOUTH CAROLINA" frame decal! The tires are 26x 1 3/8. They are vintage Schwinn tires and do hold air. The bike has chrome Schwinn S5 rims front and rear with a Bendix 70 rear hub.

The bike is an original SINGLE SPEED with coaster brakes. (pedal slightly backwards to stop the bike) DIMENSIONS: The distance from the floor to the top of the seat post clamp is approx 29. The distance from the center of the crank to the top of the seat post clamp is approx 19 1/2. The center of the handlebar stem to the center of the seat post is approx 21. The bike will accommodate most any rider comfortably.

The seat height is easy to adjust. NOTED FLAWS It is not 100% flawless but is not bad for its age! I love the fact that this one still wear its original paint! (has chips scratches age wear, head tube paint loss etc) Has some white paint drips. (see pics) Chrome is shiny but not perfect show quality. (shows age) Both wheels have a slight wobble when you spin them.

(most every used bike out there seems to) These bikes are CLASSIC and ride great! My wife has owned one for years! This appears to be a fairly nice original unmolested bicycle unless otherwise noted. A great bike to ride on relaxing days through the park or to the beach. Also would be a nice item to display in a shop, restaurant, rec room, sports bar, etc.

These are getting to be hard to find in any condition and to my knowledge, have not been reproduced. PLEASE NOTE that many of the bikes I list have listed have been in long term storage and have not been regularly ridden in a while. (not a bad thing) They may need standard tuning, greasing, may have old tires, surface rust etc.
