1969 SCHWINN DELUXE STINGRAY GREEN BANANA SEAT MUSCLE BIKE VINTAGE S2 SLIK TIRE! Here is a rare original January 1969 SCHWINN DELUXE STINGRAY 20 BICYCLE!

(The serial number is AE) This bike is from the era when most everything was cool! The HEMICUDA, Mach 1 Mustang, and Camaro Z-28 come to mind! The COPPERTONE GOLD Schwinn Stingray bikes are the coolest and the hardest to find!

The bike is in the original and very appealing CAMPUS GREEN (pea picker krate color) factory painted color. Has a cool deluxe style frame, wide apehanger handlebars, matching Schwinn hand grips, cool rear sissy bar and so much more! I dont know where you would find another like it! It has its original screen chainguard in place (has a dent, would look nice with a fresh decal) The bike is an original single speed with operable brakes.

Has a unique Schwinn Stingray seat! (has rips) It has Schwinn S-7 front rim and a double knurled Schwinn side stamped S2 rear rim with a Bendix rear hub. Both front and rear tires do hold air.

The front is a wide whitewall Schwinn Westwind. Believe original for the bike0 The rear is a newer super cool CHEATER SLIK raised white letter tire!!! I bought this bike earlier this summer and had no intent on getting rid of it.

Bikes like this rarely come along! Especially as "pure" as this one seems to be! I added a couple others to my collection and for some crazy reason decided to sell this one. (not sure why but I did) I hope you love it!

It has been in very long term storage and not owned by collectors! I love bikes like that! Now is your chance to own one of the COOLEST bikes EVER MADE! Make someone in your life happy with this one. This is a cool bike that you can enjoy for years!

You RARELY find these bikes anymore! They were all abused and thrown away back in the 1970s-80s. Finding one these days is a big challenge. They are very cool and people enjoy owning, riding, and displaying them! Most people do not sell these bikes once they have them.

Be the first to get this bike back out in the light and have fun with it! I believe this to be a fairly nice original unmolested bicycle unless otherwise noted. NOTED FLAWS It is not 100% flawless but is ok for its age! I LOVE original paint bikes! The paint looks ok for a 45+ year old boys bike! (has chips scratches etc) The chrome is shiney but is not perfect show quality. Both wheels have a slight wobble when you spin them.
