1968 SCHWINN STINGRAY COPPERTONE MUSCLE BIKE BANANA SEAT VINTAGE S7 SLIK TIRE! Here is a rare original APRIL 1968 SCHWINN STINGRAY 20 BICYCLE!

(The serial number is DD69993) This bike is from the era when most everything was cool! The HEMICUDA, Mach 1 Mustang, and Camaro Z-28 come to mind! The COPPERTONE GOLD Schwinn Stingray bikes are the coolest and the hardest to find!

The bike is in the original and very appealing RADIANT COPPERTONE factory painted color. Has a cool shorty style frame, wide apehanger handlebars, matching Schwinn hand grips, cool rear sissy bar (non Schwinn) and so much more!

I dont know where you would find another like it! It has its original chainguard with a fresh decal. The bike is an original single speed with operable brakes.

LOVE the Schwinn Stingray seat! (has the rear Stingray tag, has obvious rips) Schwinn "S" seat post clamp and more! It has Schwinn S-7 front and rear rims with a Bendix rear hub. Both front and rear tires do hold air.

The rear is a vintage Schwinn GRIPPER SLIK tire. (ok for display or replace for riding) The front is a slightly newer replacement. Now is your chance to own one of the COOLEST bikes EVER MADE! Make someone in your life happy with this one. This is a cool bike that you can enjoy for years!

You RARELY find these bikes anymore! They were all abused and thrown away back in the 1970s-80s. Finding one these days is a big challenge. They are very cool and people enjoy owning, riding, and displaying them!

Most people do not sell these bikes once they have them. Be the first to get this bike back out in the light and have fun with it! I believe this to be a fairly nice original unmolested bicycle unless otherwise noted. NOTED FLAWS It is not 100% flawless but is ok for its age! Restore it or enjoy it in its current unrestored patina.

The paint looks ok for a 45+ year old boys bike! (has chips scratches etc) The chrome is shiney but is not perfect show quality. Both wheels have a slight wobble when you spin them.

(most every used bike out there seems to) Im guessing the fenders were replaced at some point. (no big deal but I like to be honest) I got this bike basically just like you see it!
