1968 Original Bike Schwinn STING-RAY DELUXE 3 Speed STIK-SHIFT Vintage Bicycle

  

All Original Schwinn STING-RAY DELUXE 3 Speed STIK SHIFT Banana Seat Bicycle with white wall tires, rear slick & chrome fenders! Good serial number on frame = # ED71945 (see pictures) = 1968 model & all correct stampings including 68 on rear hub = year 1968 - Almost 50 years old!

Very Nice condition, always stored indoors! Has some normal wear like some scratches, front fender is a little loose, some dry areas on tires but tread is great and they hold air well...

But no excessive wear at all for it's age... Especially considering it's a boys bike. 1st & 3rd gears work perfectly but 2nd gear is not properly engaging but I never had it checked so it may be something minor?? Seat is Not torn up and bike is Not rusted out!! All original to the very best of my knowledge!

A sweet looking bike and truly a rare original survivor including the very desirable nice looking era correct coppertone color factory paint job, etc... It can be cleaned up more and polished up to look even nicer then it already looks! Don't miss out on this true highly collectable treasure from the past!!
