WHAT AN AMAZING VINTAGE TIME MACHINE!!!! Sting-ray, known as "the bike with the sports car look" has revolutionized bikes since it's introduction by Schwinn, in 1963.

It has won the praise and captured the imagination of youngsters of all ages across the U. This is the fun bike that features a short frame, high-rise handlebars and a long, bucket shaped saddle. This design gives the rider an exciting combination of features for quick maneuvers, fast starts and short radius turns. This is the 5-speed model that combines the easy pedaling of a lightweight, with the maneuverability of the original Sting-Ray. It also achieves an added thrill with the addition of 5-speed gears and a fast acting Stik-Shift gear shift.

For distance rides, short hops, or for just plain riding fun, the Schwinn Fastback is great! Fully adjustable handlebar and bucket saddle to fit 5 or 6 foot rider. Schwinn Slik rear tire, 20" x 1 3/8" sports touring front tire, "MAG" sprocket. Colors: Kool Lemon, Campus green, Red, sky blue.

The HEMICUDA, Mach 1 Mustang, and Camaro Z-28 come to mind! This is one of the coolest bikes made by Schwinn! They look cool and are great riding bikes! The bike has the cool original RADIANT BLUE 5-speed Fastback frame and forks with original paint and decals, wide ape-hanger handlebars, Schwinn hand grips, cool rear sissy bar, BOW TIE style pedals, chrome fenders and so much more!

I dont know where you would find another like it! The bike is an original 5-speed STICK SHIFT with operable hand controlled brakes. It has the original STINGRAY tag on the rear.

Slight discolor from original sticker being left on to long, This one has Schwinn S5 Schwinn Fastback rims front and rear. The tires hold air and are cool! Rear tire is an original Schwinn Fastback SLICK tire and both hold air. This one has a kickstand, and fender braces. These are nice features only found on the better bikes of the time! Original Paint on a wonderful Condition Gem! Original California Bike, See Bike Shop Sticker!! Shifts through all the gears with ease. Brakes work as they should with confidence. Original seat is included, but it is not as nice as the one on the bike, very comfy!! Original Bow Tie pedals that are very smooth!

You RARELY find these bikes anymore! They were all abused and thrown away back in the 1970s-80s. Finding one these days is a big challenge. They are very cool and people enjoy owning, riding, and displaying them! Most people do not sell these bikes once they have them.
