1965 SCHWINN STINGRAY EARLY COPPERTONE MUSCLE BIKE BANANA SEAT VINTAGE DELUXE S7. Here is a rare original December 1965 SCHWINN STINGRAY 20 BICYCLE! (The serial number is MA) This bike is from the era when most everything was cool! The HEMICUDA, Mach 1 Mustang, and Camaro Z-28 come to mind! The COPPERTONE GOLD Schwinn Stingray bikes are the coolest and the hardest to find! The bike is in the original and very appealing RADIANT COPPERTONE factory painted color. Has a cool original paint frame, wide apehanger handlebars, matching newer hand grips, cool rear sissy bar, chrome fenders, (have dents) and so much more! I dont know where you would find another like it! It has its original chainguard in place (has a fresh decal) The bike is an original single speed with operable brakes. Has a unique non Schwinn seat!

(I have not seen one like this) It has Schwinn S-7 front and rear rims Both front and rear tires do hold air. The are regular Schwinn tires and do hold air!

They were all abused and thrown away back in the 1970s-80s. Finding one these days is a big challenge. They are very cool and people enjoy owning, riding, and displaying them! Most people do not sell these bikes once they have them.

Be the first to get this bike back out in the light and have fun with it! I believe this to be a fairly nice original unmolested bicycle unless otherwise noted. NOTED FLAWS It is not 100% flawless but is ok for its age! Restore it or enjoy it in its current unrestored patina. The paint looks ok for a 45+ year old boys bike!

(has chips scratches etc) The chrome is shiney but is not perfect show quality. Both wheels have a slight wobble when you spin them.

(most every used bike out there seems to) Seat post is stuck. I got this bike basically just like you see it! THESE EARLY STINGRAY BIKES ARE VERY HARD TO FIND! People rarely sell them when they have them! If you are a nut and bolt purist, this is not the bike for you.

Keep in mind this is a vintage bike that has probably not been ridden for a while so it may need minor tuning, bearings greased, polishing, etc, These bikes are getting harder to find and are more popular than ever before!
