Here is an original 1960S VINTAGE The serial number is M668 8076? 407909 men's Hiawatha middleweight bicycle with 26 wheels. It is in the original and very appealing black and red 2-tone colored factory paint. These bikes are AWESOME and a very rare find in ANY condition these days!

This is from the "Space Age" era and design of things! With the insanely high price of gas (and the economy being bad) now is the time to ride a cool vintage bike!

This bike has a cool mens 5-BAR frame and forks with original paint and decals, the frame has the tabs to mount a TANK! They are not hard to find and not expensive and would REALLY make this bike cool... Also check out the cool Indian on the seat post tube! Original screen chainguard, CWC murray sproocket, reflector pedals, cruiser style CRASH RAIL seat, wide cruiser handlebars, vintage SCHWINN hand grips, full fenders, rear carrier RACK, love the unique rack on this one!

This is such a classy look.... Black and red with chrome wheels and whitewalls! I got this one basically just like you see it. I believe this bike to be nearly 100% original parts from when it was new!

It is tempting to keep this one in my personal collection! These bikes are UNBELIEVABLY cool! Lately, they seem to be getting attention from the guys that collect high end prewar balloon tire bicycles.

I believe if you take good care of this, it will only go UP in value. (it they were it would not be the same anyway). The tires are 26x1.75. They are vintage whitewall tires and do hold air. The bike has chrome raised center rims front and rear with a Bendix rear hub.

The bike is an original single speed with coaster style brakes. (pedal backwards slightly to stop).

DIMENSIONS The stand over height is approx 30. The distance from the floor to the top of the seat post clamp is approx 28. The distance from the center of the crank to the top of the seat post clamp is approx 18 1/2. The center of the handlebar stem to the center of the seat post is approx 21 1/2.

The bike will accommodate most any rider comfortably. The seat height is easy to adjust. NOTED FLAWS It is not 100% flawless but is not bad considering its age! I LOVE the fact that this bike still wears its original paint. (has chips scratches etc) The chrome is shiny but is not perfect show quality.

Both wheels have a slight wobble when you spin them. (every used bike out there seems to) This was a near top of the line bike of the time! Take good care of it and it will only go up in value! This is arguably one of the COOLEST bikes made in the 1960s! They are very hard to find in any condition! This could be the star center attraction of your collection! I have not had one of these to offer in a long time! I hope you enjoy this one! This appears to be a fairly nice original unmolested bicycle unless otherwise noted. A great bike to ride on relaxing days through the park or to the beach. Also would be a nice item to display in a shop, restaurant, rec room, sports bar, etc. Stand out from the crowd and be the envy of people who see you riding by. These are getting to be hard to find in any condition and to my knowledge, have not been reproduced. PLEASE NOTE that many of the bikes I list have listed have been in long term storage and have not been regularly ridden in a while. (not a bad thing) They may need standard tuning, greasing, may have old tires, surface rust etc.
