I believe the Bike to be 1958 by the Serial Number. The bike is From Chicago Illinois & The Beautiful Hard to find Blue and White Paint. This Bike is not Restored but Wonderful condition for the age. Yes, as the pictures show, there is some wear, Surface Rust, Scrapes, Dings & some Splitting in a few places on tire rubber etc. But it is a Beauty for what it is.
