1952 Schwinn Spitfire Bicycle S2 WHEEL SET New Departure Hub Nice Bike Tires
This is the wheel set. Removed from a 1952 Schwinn Spitfire men's 26 bike. The wheel set has old tires in incredible condition. The rear tire is a Goodyear All Weather balloon with good tread - no cracking. The front tire is a Carlisle Lightning Dart balloon with good tread - no cracking.
Please see photos for condition - condition is as shown. This wheel set has pinstriped off-white rims with matching Schwinn Tubular S2 stamp. Rims do not have any dings and are holding air well. Both hubs are in great working order and look very nice. The rear is a New Departure model D with 11 skip tooth teeth. The front is a Schwinn Script.
