1952 SCHWINN PANTHER LADIES VINTAGE BLUE CRUISER BICYCLE SPRINGER PHANTOM S2 50S. Here is an original VINTAGE I believe May 1952.

The serial number is C29804 ladies SCHWINN PANTHER beach cruiser bicycle with 26 wheels. It is in the original and very appealing 2-tone BLUE colored factory paint. If you like cool ORIGINAL unrestored original bikes, this may be a great bike for you.

With the insanely high price of gas (and the economy being bad) now is the time to ride a cool vintage bike! I see the mens versions of the Schwinn Panther fairly regularly but its been a VERY long time since I have seen a LADIES Schwinn Panther! A lot of these got "parted out" years ago for the valuable hard to find parts.

I think it is really cool that this one is still together! Its a very unique bike and you do NOT see them often! How cool would it be to have a matching ladies bike for your sweetie to ride with you?

This bike has a cool original design ladies frame with original paint and decals, large brass Schwinn head badge, frame mounted tank with HORN inside, original Phantom/Panther "deluxe" chainguard, "AS" (Arnold Schwinn) chrome front SPRINGER FORK, (non locking) Schwinn tagged cruiser style seat, (has a rip, I believe made by Messinger) wide cruiser handlebars, Schwinn script hand grips, full fenders, Stainless? Front fender mounted Delta Rocket Ray headlight, (has a white top, light and horn are untested) 9 hole rear carrier RACK, and more! I was told this bike came from the original owner and has not been owned by the collectors! Would be very cool for you to have both a mens and ladies vintage Schwinn to ride this Spring and Summer! The tires are 26x2.125.

They are vintage slightly newer replacement wide whitewall tires and do hold air. The bike has chrome Schwinn S-2 rims front and rear with a New Departure rear hub. The bike is an original SINGLE SPEED with coaster brakes. (pedal slightly backwards to stop the bike) DIMENSIONS: The distance from the floor to the top of the seat post clamp is approx 28.

The distance from the center of the crank to the top of the seat post clamp is approx 18 1/2. The center of the handlebar stem to the center of the seat post is approx 21. The bike will accommodate most any rider comfortably. The seat height is easy to adjust. NOTED FLAWS I got this one just like you see it. I LOVE original paint bikes! The paint looks respectable for a 60+ year old bike! Has chips scratches shows age, etc The chrome is shiny but is not perfect show quality. Both wheels have a slight wobble when you spin them. (most every used bike out there seems to) Add up the value of the parts, there is a ton of value here! If there is no interest as a complete bike, I will sell in parts but REALLY hope I dont have to do that This is a special bike and a rare find! This appears to be a fairly nice original unmolested bicycle unless otherwise noted. A great bike to ride on relaxing days through the park or to the beach. Also would be a nice item to display in a shop, restaurant, rec room, sports bar, etc. Stand out from the crowd and be the envy of people who see you riding by. People will enjoy seeing you on your vintage bike! A great classic bike at a great price Why not ride a bike? If you are looking for a fun bike to ride and enjoy this may be it!
