This is the luggage rack removed from a 1952 Schwinn Black Phantom men's 26 bike. Please see photos for condition - condition is as shown. This luggage rack is very solid. The rear light works, but it is always on if the batteries are installed. There is a wire loose and a rattle inside the switch box.
