I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS ONE... Here is an original 1950s VINTAGE (The model number appears to 18029A57B and the Serial number appears to be A128245) men's Monark "CRUISER" beach cruiser bicycle with 26 wheels. It is in the very appealing unrestored BLACK and CREAM 2-tone original paint! If you like UNIQUE 1950s bikes, this may be a great bike for you.

With the insanely high price of gas (and the economy being bad) now is the time to ride a cool vintage bike! This bike has a cool ORIGINAL PAINT mens cruiser style frame and truss rods forks with original paint and decals, original head badge, Made in Chicago, IL USA!

Cool dogleg cranks and sprocket, cool "Cruiser" deluxe original screen chainguard, newer? Cruiser style seat, WIDE cruiser handlebars, vintage hand grips, full deep fenders, cool pedals, and more! Has a rear fender mounted reflector and a front headlight. I have a very nice unrestored original bike like this in my personal collection that I bought from the original owner! These are a blast to ride and much harder to find than a Schwinn Black Phantom!

The tires are 26x2.125 vintage balloon tires and do hold air. This one has factory painted and pinstriped rims with a New Departure rear hub.

The bike is an original single speed with coaster brakes. (pedal slightly backwards to stop). I hate doing that so I hope someone can appreciate and enjoy this as a complete bicycle! Truss forks, tank, fenders, etc adds up to more than you think!

DIMENSIONS The stand over height is approx 31. The distance from the floor to the top of the seat post clamp is approx 28 1/2.

The distance from the center of the crank to the top of the seat post clamp is approx 18 1/2. The center of the handlebar stem to the center of the seat post is approx 21 3/4. The bike will accommodate most any rider comfortably. The seat height is easy to adjust.

This will spark some FUN conversation! NOTED FLAWS I got this one exactly like you see it. I love the fact that it still wears its original paint!

(has chips scratches etc but has survived better than many you see) Some people REALLY like these "no frills" bikes like the Schwinn DX. Most were destroyed long ago. Chrome is shiny but not perfect show quality. Both wheels have a slight wobble when you spin them. (most every used bike out there seems to).

If you want a cool vintage USA made ride, that wont break the bank, you may love this one! I took MANY and have nothing to hide!

Its a great looking head turning bike and I hope you love it! A great bike to ride, display, restore, or use it for its hard to find parts! This is SUCH a cool bike! They were rare to see when new and you almost never see them today!

This appears to be a fairly nice original unmolested bicycle unless otherwise noted. A great bike to ride on relaxing days through the park or to the beach.

Also would be a nice item to display in a shop, restaurant, rec room, sports bar, etc. Stand out from the crowd and be the envy of people who see you riding by. People will enjoy seeing you on your vintage bike! A great classic bike at a great price. Why not ride a bike?
