This is one vintage Schwinn Stingray Krate complete front and Atom wheel assembly. Removed from a 1971 Pea Picker, it will also fit the Grey Ghost, Apple Krate, Orange Krate, Cotton Picker or the Lemon Peeler. It has the normal scratches and the fender has some imperfections, see pics. Tire is original but has cracks in it.
