VINTAGE SCHWINN PARAMOUNT REYNODS 531 LUGGED STEEL ROAD BIKE FRAME FORK. 1973 touring model, 27 wheels. 24 top of seat tube to center of crank.

Includes 128mm BB-UN26 and Kalloy seat post if you want them. I rode this as my touring rig for the past 6 or so years with Tektro R556 brakes and 700 wheels with no issues. Great bike but acquired Trek 520 with cantilever brakes.
