Yep, NOS Schwinn Lil' Tiger. Does have maybe a handful of small nicks in paint as well as a paint flaw, which looks like a paint drip under the seat clamp on bike. Also, the safety edge rear fender appears to have a flaw in the chrome which looks like a little cut in the metal.
