26 Wheels and Tires FANTASTIC SPARKLY BASS BOAT ORANGE PAINT! This bike is almost 100% original how it came from the factory. We believe the only components not original are the front disc brake caliper and rotor (upgraded to a Avid BB7), and the tires. Grips are original which tell you just how little use this bike has had!

This bike sported Scott Brand pedals and bar ends from the factory... Something very rarely seen in this day and age. The bike has been rarely ridden and VERY well taken care of. Shimano XT and XTR drivetrain shifts crisp and smooth through all 24 speeds. The bike did come from the factory with a disc brake in front and a v-brake in the rear which is unique. Both brakes work excellent and slow you down fast when things get dicey. RockShox fork is in great shape and moves freely. Paint and decal are in excellent shape with only a few small blemishes. Tires are newer reissues of tires that were available and used when this bike was new. We have not come across another Homegrown Schwinn in nearly this good of shape, unless it was a restoration. This is a perfect example for a collector, but it's also a great ride if you're aiming to use it on the trails. Please see photos for components, condition, and details.
