23 Frame with Reynolds 531 Tubing. 31 out of the Schwinn factory for the month of March, 1970. All original except: black Brooks Professional saddle, NOS Schwinn brake housings & cables, bar tape, toe clip straps, tubes & tires. Excellent/mint conditionno dents or scratches, chrome is gorgeous and rust-free.
