Vintage 1964 Schwinn Stingray Deluxe, Violet Color, Oct 1964, Old Muscle Bike

  

HI, I believe this is a 1964 Schwinn Stingray Deluxe, serial number K433564, built Oct 1964, I believe the bike is original paint, one side looks ok the other is missing a lot of paint , the seat has a small hole on the side, its missing the chain guard and fenders, all of this is visible in the 12 pictures provided. One thing thats not really noticeable in the pics is the handlebars have some small dents on the bottom side of the curve near the stem (right side), some of the chrome parts are pitted, some areas very lightly, others areas a little heavier, again most of it is visible if you zoom in on one of the 12 pictures we provided, both rims are stamped S7 Schwinn tubular, the tires read nylon Schwinn Westwind 20 x 1 3/4 to fit S7 Schwinn tubular rim made in USA, the front tire holds air but is junk, it has a lot of cracks and is missing tread, the rear is in good used condition.

The bike was bought seven days ago from the original owner, all we have done is rinse the dirt off and air up the tires, we. Realize the bike is rough but we thought it definitely was worth saving.

With all of the above things mentioned the bike will require service and maintenance to be a reliable rider.
